Wednesday and Thursday - 8:30 to 7pm

Friday and Saturday - 8.30am to 9pm

Mondays are closed for food, but you can still get coffee and cakes

The Durban Shongweni Club - Saddle Inn

Venue and Function Hire Information

The Durban Shongweni Club facilities are available for hire to members and non members for functions such as small weddings and company functions.

Function Rates:-

Included in the venue hire is the use of all the benches and tables; and one bar staff member as well as kitchen staff.

Additional Bar staff and waitrons can be provided at R250 per staff member for the evening.

If the function holder requires specific décor, tables chairs etc then an additional quote for these items will be supplied to the function holder for approval.

Catering can be provided the cost thereof will be dependent of the function holders' requirements.

If outside caterers are required, permission must be obtained from the Club prior to booking your caterers.

We are a fully licensed facility so no drinks can be brought onto the premises. If you have specific requirements that we do not stock we will order in for your function.

A non refundable 50 % deposit must be paid to secure your booking and the balance to be paid no later than 24 hours after the function has taken place.
