Welcome to the Durban Shongweni Club website.

The Durban Shongweni Club (DSC) is a beautiful and priceless equestrian venue that exists due to the commitment of members, past and present, who value and appreciate its quality in an age of ever declining sports and recreational venues. The DSC is a recognized as being the equestrian hub of Kwa-Zulu Natal and renowned as one of the best competitive venues in the country.

The backbone of the DSC, is its staff and membership, many of whom give unselfishly of their time, energy and funds to ensure that the facility is maintained, enhanced and preserved for future generations of equine lovers.

This new website has been made possible by the very generous sponsorship of Cinotas, a business specializing in website and internet solutions. We are very appreciative of all our sponsors and encourage members to support them.

This exciting website will include lots of news and interesting information about our wonderful venue, its staff and members. There will be regular postings and updates that will keep you both informed and enlightened on the DSC’s happenings.

Given that it is a new and improved site, we would welcome feedback in order that this becomes the ‘go to’ site for members and the general equestrian fraternity.
